Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada 📍
Shipments are made through Chit Chats. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.
- Canada: Canada Post — 3-9 business days, tracking and non-tracking options available
- U.S: USPS — 4-8 business days, tracking included
- International: USPS or Asendia — 4-21 business days, tracking included
Pick-up is available in downtown Toronto. Contact me before placing your order to arrange a pick-up!

If you'd like to add to an order that hasn't been shipped yet, contact me ASAP!
PRE-ORDER
Products labeled with (PRE-ORDER) means it is yet to be manufactured and received by me. Read the product description for details on the pre-order period and expected shipment.
Orders that include a pre-order item and an in-stock item will be shipped together once the pre-order item is readily available to me.
RETURNED OR LOST PACKAGE
If packages are returned to me due to incorrect address or failed delivery, I will attempt a re-ship if customer pays the shipping fee.
In the event of a lost package I will not be able to refund you, however I may send you another package should stock still be available.
